AI DRIVEN ADDRESS VALIDATION - SINCE 2018

We identify outdated addresses in your database

to ensure GDPR compliance & reduce costs

Address Validation, Redefined.

Reliable address data is critical for compliance, cost control, and effective customer communication. LeadLabel uses advanced AI models to identify outdated addresses. We predict property changes before your database becomes inaccurate.

Moving means change, and change means data risk. Traditionally, companies validated their databases only after problems arose. This leads to lost revenue, compliance risks, and poor customer experiences.

LeadLabel proactively predicts address changes with AI-driven precision, ensuring you’re always ahead.

CUSTOMER ADDRESS VALIDATION

Leadlabel validates addresses going back up to 20 years by using AI models to predict the moment a property changed owner or tenant.

Reduce costs

Dutch companies waste over 400 million euros per year on sending direct mail to addresses where the intended recipient no longer lives.

Ensure compliance

Article 5 (d) GDPR: “every reasonable step must be taken to ensure that personal data which is inaccurate, is erased or rectified without delay (accuracy).

Your data is safe

You do not want to share valuable company data. LeadLabel delivers all addresses and mutations to you and we never need any data in return.

How does LeadLabel's address validation work?

LeadLabel uses AI models to predict when a property changed owner or tenant. By comparing the date a customer provided their address to the most recent change at that property, we can identify which addresses in your database are likely outdated.

How far back can you validate addresses?

Our historical database covers up to 20 years of property status changes across the Netherlands, with over 8 million records. This allows a full retrospective check of your entire customer database, not just recent changes.

Do I need to share my customer data with LeadLabel?

No. We deliver the address mutation dataset to you. You perform the matching on your side. LeadLabel never needs access to your customer data.

What does the service include?

The service has two components:
1) A one-off (optional) historical check covering up to 20 years of address changes.
2) Daily, weekly or monthly real-time updates so your database stays current going forward.

How does this help with GDPR compliance?

Article 5(d) of the GDPR requires organizations to keep personal data accurate and up to date. By identifying addresses where the intended recipient no longer lives, you reduce the risk of processing inaccurate personal data.
